Rachel Goodman – Training Coordinator

Rachel is the Training Coordinator at Curve, helping to keep our training programmes running smoothly and efficiently. With experience across legal, sales, and the railway sectors, she brings a well-rounded perspective to her role.

Her eye for detail and problem-solving skills, combined with Rachel’s understanding of the industry, help Curve clients get the most out of their training. Rachel is passionate about delivering high-quality training and works closely with the team to ensure every client receives a professional, supportive and positive experience.

Greg Gibson – Track Safety Trainer & Assessor

Greg is a Track Safety Trainer and Assessor at Curve, with over ten years of hands-on experience on the Northern Ireland Railways. He is a City & Guilds–qualified trainer and Workplace Assessor, verified by Translink’s Training Academy, and has recently earned his teaching certification with Ulster University.

Known for his calm and approachable style, Greg helps learners feel confident and supported through training, assessments, and mentoring. He is passionate and knowledgeable about the industry, ensuring Curve delivers programmes that are relatable, engaging and high-quality.

Kathleen Faloon – Business Development & Training Manager

Kathleen leads the strategy, design, and delivery of training at Curve, from the apprenticeship programme to competency frameworks. She takes a collaborative approach, working closely with education providers, industry and government partners to make sure Curve’s training is high quality, future-focused and geared towards real workforce needs.

With a strong academic background including a Postgraduate Diploma (MA), bachelor’s degree (BA), as well as teaching in the FE Sector, and qualifications in Business. Kathleen combines insight and experience with her understanding of education, people and organisations. Her background provides a strong foundation for Curve to deliver excellence in training.   

Jordon Cooke – Track Safety Trainer & Assessor

Jordon is a Track Safety Trainer and Assessor at Curve, bringing his vast experience of working across the Northern Ireland Railways into the role. He is City & Guilds–qualified and verified by Translink’s Training Academy and has recently achieved his teaching certification with Ulster University.

Friendly and down-to-earth, Jordon makes training, assessments, and mentoring both relevant and enjoyable. He enjoys helping learners build confidence and skills, ensuring every session is practical and tailored to real-world needs..
